• Exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of receipt
• Only unopened and unused products are eligible
• Original proof of purchase must be provided
• Exchanges will be processed as store credit or product exchange of equal value

• Gifts with purchase
• Bundle sets
• Orders using promotional codes
• Orders with special shipping arrangements
• Opened or used products
IMPORTANT NOTES

• Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by customers
