SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Terms of Sale

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Grown Alchemist Hong Kong.
  • Online purchases are available within Hong Kong and Macau only.
  • Prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).

Shipping Rates

Hong Kong (HK)

  • Orders HK$499.9 or below: HK$35 delivery charge
  • Orders HK$500 and above: Complimentary delivery
  • We do NOT accept P.O. Box addresses

Macau (MO)

  • Orders HK$849.9 or below: HK$50 delivery charge
  • Orders HK$850 and above: Complimentary delivery
  • We do NOT accept P.O. Box addresses

Delivery Coverage

Hong Kong

  • Available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
  • Service is NOT available in specified areas including but not limited to:
    • Big Wave Bay
    • Lo Wu
    • Tai O
    • Outlying Islands
  • No store pickup option available.

Macau

  • Delivery is available within Macau (subject to courier service coverage).
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain addresses/locations.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery: 2–3 business days after processing.
  • Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
  • No delivery on public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended during peak seasons/promotions.

Delivery Service Details

  • One delivery address per order.
  • Delivery time slots: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Signature required upon delivery.
  • Redelivery charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information.
  • Address changes cannot be made once an order is processed.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.
  • For tracking enquiries, please contact our customer service.

Order Cancellation

  • Changes or cancellations are not possible once order processing begins.
  • Please contact customer service immediately for cancellation requests before processing.
